The New HOOIMM PLUS-OD had undergone the invitro anti-HIV colorimetric test in order to determine the percent inhibition of the drug against the (IN) Integrase that is very important target of HIV.

The kit used for the above test is as under: 1) HIV-1 integrase Assay for Non Catalytic inhibitor (Xpress Bio, USA)

The IC50 of the New HOOIMM PLUS-OD for the Integrase Non Catalytic Assay was recorded at 1.46 µM against the most preffered ARVs (EVG) which had recorded no inhibition at all for the Integrase Non Catalytic Assay
